Grilled garlic ribs

ingredients

1,5 kg pork ribs 3 tbsp salt 4 tbsp oil 1 tbsp crushed cumin 1 tbsp oregano 6 cloves garlic 1 tbsp ground black pepper 1/2 tbsp ground allspice

procedure

1. In a bowl, mix salt, oil, cumin, oregano, crushed garlic, allspice and black pepper. Brush the ribs with this marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. However, it is best to leave them there all night. 2. Grill the ribs on a hot grill for about 30 minutes. Serve them with barbecue sauce and fresh bread.
