Grilled fresh tuna

1 tbsp fresh pepper 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp fennel seeds 1 tbsp coriander 2 pcs fresh tuna steak pcs rosemary oil

1. Prepare the spice mixture for the fish in a mortar. 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel and sprinkle both sides with the prepared mixture. Finally, drizzle with rosemary oil. 3. Heat a frying pan. Place the tuna steak in the pan and grill on each side for 2 minutes or to your taste (2 minutes = medium rare). 4.
