Grilled Chickpea Burgers

Grilled burgers made of chickpeas, roasted Vegetable Recipes and other ingredients, served in a bun topped with arugula, tomatoes and red onions.

Procedure:
1. Rinse the chickpeas, drain and mash with a fork
2. Finely grate the carrots, chop the spring onions, celery and cleaned peppers into small pieces, and crush the peeled garlic clove
3. Mix the chickpea porridge with the fried Vegetable Recipes, eggs, add breadcrumbs and season with salt, then form meatballs, which grill in a foil pan for about 4 minutes on each side
5. Grill the hamburger buns, then layer the rocket, chickpea burger, sliced cherry tomatoes and red onion rings on top.
Recommendation:
You can try sautéing two small mushrooms with the Vegetable Recipes, then season everything with ground cumin and a little chili powder.
