Grilled chicken with Chip Lite sauce recipe

This grilled chicken with Chip Lite sauce recipe is perfect for a summer BBQ. The chicken is juicy and full of flavor, and the Chip Lite sauce gives it a nice zesty kick. You can use any kind of chicken for this recipe, but I prefer to use skinless, boneless chicken breasts.

To make theChip Lite sauce, simply combine equal parts ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Add in some garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to taste. This sauce is perfect for dipping or grilling, and it’s nice and light so you won’t have to worry about it adding too much calories to your meal.

To make the chicken, start by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and any other spices you like. I like to add a little bit of garlic powder and onion powder to mine. Then, simply grill the chicken over medium-high heat until it’s cooked through. Be sure to flipping it a few times so that it doesn’t burn.

Once the chicken is cooked, simply brush on some of the Chip Lite sauce. Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a simple salad
