Grilled chicken on beer and cola

1 pk chicken 150 ml cola 150 ml gluten-free beer 1 pk lemon 2 pk potatoes in skin pk olive oil pk ground black pepper
Spice mix
2 tsp red pepper 3 tsp sea salt 2 tsp dried onion 2 tsp chili flakes

Don’t just use the beer for drinking! Sit your chicken on it and see how it tastes. You won’t bake any differently.
1. First, make the spice mix – mix all the ingredients together in a food processor. 2. Wash and dry the whole chicken. 3. Rub the chicken with lemon juice and olive oil. 4. Then massage the prepared spice mixture into the chicken. 5. Pour the cola and gluten-free beer into a glass bottle. 6. Place the bottle on a baking tray and sit the chicken on top of the bottle. 7. Season to taste with black pepper. You can add a few washed potatoes in the skin for flavour. 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the chicken for 2 hours, or until crispy and golden on the outside.
