The dish is suitable for grilling, easy preparation very tasty.
1.
First prepare herb marinade: chop the herbs in the list finely, put some oil in a bowl put all the ingredients in the list. Wash the chicken breasts, cut the 300g pieces in two pieces, so it’s not too thick. Cut the meat by making 3 cuts up and down. When we are done we put the meat in the marinade let it soak all the way through and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
2.
Second we make American potatoes: wash, scrape potatoes (if you like them in the skin so you don’t have to peel). Put the potatoes on quarters. Cut each quarter into millimetre “hedgehog” cuts. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the prepared seasoning mix according to the spice list. Toss and drizzle again with oil if necessary. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and grill for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are crispy.
3.
Dip-sauce: Put the sour cream in a bowl add two teaspoons of honey, a clove of garlic, a teaspoon of French mustard if you like it spicier add two teaspoons. Stir everything well, add salt and pepper to taste.
4.
If we have the meat rested for a few hours in the refrigerator, we can roast it on a grill pan in hot oil. Sear on both sides until golden brown and serve.
