Grilled carp

600 g carp 4 lemon 20 g oil 10 g breadcrumbs

Cut the carp into 150 g portions. Season with salt, place a slice of lemon under the skin. Then brush them with oil, season with salt and leave to stand for 1 hour. Transfer to the grill grate and grill for 5 minutes. Then turn them over, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grill again for 4 minutes.
