Who doesn’t love the taste of runny cheese? Try grilling camembert, it’s really great.
1. First, prepare the spice mix (pesto) in a food processor – mix all the ingredients above together in the food processor. 2. Brush the camembert with olive oil and the prepared spice mix. 3. Preheat a grill pan and place the prepared camembert on it. 4. Grill for 4 minutes on each side. 5. Meanwhile, grill the gluten-free bread. 6. Serve immediately so that the cheese spreads nicely all over the plate.
