Clean the potatoes and put them to boil in a small amount of salted water

When the potatoes are soft, add the spinach and bear garlic, simmer just briefly. Set the soup aside, blend, add the cooking cream and allow to boil. Season with ground pepper and lemon juice.

Batter egg – is actually a simpler way of preparing a lost egg. Cut the food foil, brush the center with oil and put the foil in a cup, crack an egg in the center, lift the foil and tie it with a string, put the baked egg in boiling water, cook for about 4 minutes, if you cook longer you will have a hard boiled egg.

Serve the green soup with an egg.
