Green Pancakes

Cooked cabbage leaves cut into squares, fried topped with pancake batter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean the cabbage, break it into leaves, wash and boil in salted water until almost tender, then drain and let the leaves drain
2. Cut off the thick petioles from the cooked leaves and cut them into smaller squares
3. Mix the semi-coarse flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt with a whisk to make a smooth batter for pancakes
4. Then heat a Teflon frying pan with a drop of oil, first put the cabbage squares on the pan, then pour the pancake batter over them and fry on both sides until the pancakes are done
5. Serve the pancakes immediately, either as a separate dish or as a side dish with grilled poultry.
