Ingredients
. Kiwi fruit, 1 small avocado, 1/2 banana, 1/2 green apple, 1 lime, 1 spinach, a handful of about 15 to 20 celery leaves, 1/2 stick agave syrup, 1 tablespoon oat milk, to taste
Step 1
In an American glass or in a blender for smoothies put the peeled kiwi, the half avocado peeled and pitted, the half banana without skin, the apple well washed and cored, the lime without the skin – we take the whole segments to take advantage of all the fiber – spinach and celery peeled and chopped.
Step 2
Mash at high power until you have a fine and homogeneous mixture.
Step 3
Add the agave syrup, blend again and while continuing to blend, add the oat milk little by little until the smoothie has the texture you like, as some people prefer it creamier and others like it more liquid.

As you can see it is about taking advantage of all the fiber of the fruit, so we put the citrus without squeezing and unpeeled apple.
