Green gazpacho

Soup from Spain served cold.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 6 pcs yellow tomatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs white bread 1 pcs green peppers 1 pcs salad cucumbers 600 ml cold water 100 ml dry white wine 4 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp grated white onion parsley salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the crusts off the bread, rub it with grated garlic, put it in a bowl, pour olive oil over it and let it stand for a few hours
2. Blend the peppers, tomatoes and chopped cucumber, parsley and onion
4. Add salt, vinegar, cumin to the bread and blend everything with the Vegetable Recipes, then chill
5. Just before serving, pour cold water and wine into the mixture.
