Green beans in cream sauce with sausage

Cooked green beans served in a thick cream sauce along with fried rounds of Hungarian sauce.

Procedure:
Rinse the beans, remove the tops, cut in half, drop into boiling, lightly salted water, cook until tender. Cut sausage into rounds, fry in oil until golden on both sides, add cooked beans, fry. Heat the milk in a saucepan (it must not boil), add the whipped cream with flour, cook over a low heat, stir until the sauce thickens, season with salt, pepper, a pinch of mace, you can also season with lemon juice. Pour the sauce into a plate, add the cooked beans, top with sausage slices, serve bread or bread as a side dish.
Recommendation:
Suitable side dish is boiled potatoes or fresh bread.
