Green bean soup
ingredients
400 g green beans 200 g potato 30 g lard 40 g plain flour 2 dl sour cream to taste ground red pepper, salt, vinegar, sugar, parsley
step
1. Clean, chop and place the beans in salted water, add the cleaned and chopped potatoes and cook until semi-soft. 2. Make a roux from the lard and flour, add the ground paprika, stir, pour into the soup and bring to the boil. Finally, season the soup with vinegar, sugar and cream. Serve with chopped parsley.
