First, grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and season with salt

Place the cucumber in a sieve and let it sit for 10 minutes, then wring out the water.

In the meantime, mix the sour cream in a bowl and season it with the spices, add the drained garlic and lemon juice.

Add the drained cucumber and stir.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to combine.
6.
Serve as a side dish with chips or gyros.
