Greek-style potato toast

Recipe from Greece for potato side dish. Boiled potatoes grated, mixed with tomatoes and onions and fried in the form of small pancakes.

Ingredients:

500 g of cold peeled boiled potatoes 60 g smooth flour 15 g butter 2 pcs large tomatoes 2 pcs spring onions ground pepper salt frying oil smooth flour for rolling out

Procedure:

1. Grate the potatoes finely, add finely chopped onions, steamed, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, smooth flour, melted butter, ground pepper, salt and quickly process the dough
2. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet, cut out rounds and fry both sides in hot oil
3. The toasts should be crispy on the outside and soft inside.
