Greek style fish
Boneless fish pieces sauteed with Vegetable Recipes.

Procedure:
1. Cut the fish into portions, salt and sprinkle with lemon juice
2. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in half the oil, add the fish portions, pour in the wine, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and simmer under a lid for 10-15 minutes
3. After 10 minutes add peeled, sliced cucumbers and after another 5 minutes add steamed, peeled, halved tomatoes, add salt, pepper, simmer briefly and pour over the fish portions
