Greek Salad with Feta

Large pieces of fresh Vegetable Recipes served drizzled with olive oil, garnished with slices of feta and sprinkled with oregano.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 85 g sliced feta cheese 16 pcs pitted black olives 4 pcs large fleshy tomatoes 1 pk red bell pepper pods 1 pc salad cucumber 1 pc red onion 4 tbsp Greek olive oil 1 tsp dried oregano

Procedure:

1. Cut the washed tomatoes and the red pepper, stripped of the pith, into larger pieces
2. Peel, halve, de-seed and chop the cucumber
3. In a bowl, lightly mix the prepared Vegetable Recipes with the olives, drizzle the salad with olive oil, sprinkle with onions cut into half circles and top each portion with 1 or 2 slices of cheese
4. Serve the salad sprinkled with dried oregano.
