Greek salad with chickpeas recipe
Each ingredient
4 servings 1 pc cucumbers 2 pcs peppers 2 handfuls cherry tomatoes 1 pc 2 handfuls of Kalamata olives 150 g of feta cheese 1 sprig of fresh oregano 1 sprig of fresh oregano salt pepper ground cayenne 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp wine vinegar 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 clove of garlic, crushed 1 tbsp dried oregano Salt ground pepper
Recipe preparation step
1 Cut the cucumber into quarters, Clean the peppers and cut them into smaller pieces, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, clean the onions and cut them into thin slices. Place all the Vegetable Recipes in a large bowl and add the salted and cooked chickpeas.

2 Place all the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well to form a smooth emulsion. Pour over the Vegetable Recipes in the bowl and stir well. Add the olives, crumbled feta and fresh oregano leaves. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
