Greek Peasant Salad

Snack salad served with knäckebrot.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 200 g of Greek sheep’s cheese

. 2-3 pcs of tomatoes 2 pcs meat peppers 1 pc salad cucumbers 1 pc onions 1 handful of black olives dried or fresh oregano olive oil wine vinegar

Procedure:

1. Cut the washed and thoroughly drained Vegetable Recipes into cubes, the boiled and peeled eggs into boats, the onions into rings
2. Mix all ingredients carefully, pour oil over them, drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with fresh or dried oregano
3. This salad is best served with knäckebrot.
