Milled beef (lamb or mutton) meat baked together with eggplants and other Vegetable Recipes.

Procedure:
1. 1. Then rinse them, dry them well and fry them on both sides in hot oil
3. Fry the finely chopped onion in butter
4. Chop the tomatoes, stew and press them
5. Arrange the aubergines, minced meat and onion in layers in a greased baking dish, salt, pepper and sprinkle each layer with bay leaves
6. Pour the broth mixed with the crushed tomatoes over the moussaka and bake under a lid in a medium oven for about 45 minutes
