Greek Goulash II

Another variant of Greek goulash, this time from beef kielbasa and fresh beans.

Ingredients:

500 g of fresh beans 400 g of beef kielbasa 50 g oil 15 g smooth flour

3 pcs onions 1 tbsp tomato puree pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Clean the meat, cut into cubes and fry in oil, add the diced onion and fry until pink
2. Salt and pepper the meat, pour a little water over it and simmer until semi-soft
3. Let the meat juice evaporate into the fat, dust with flour, fry, pour a little water over it, add tomato paste and simmer together until almost tender.
4. Then add the beans, which you clean, cut off the ends and add the whole to the meat and simmer until the beans and meat are soft
5. Serve with boiled potatoes.
