There’s a whole fragrant and colourful Mediterranean Greece hidden in this dish, apart from the prawns! Recipe prepared by Jája Králiková from @zasadnezdrave.
Ingredients:
300 g
shrimp
2 packages
Bon Lait salted goat cheese
1 handful
smooth parsley
200 ml
of dry white wine
3 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
dried oregano
1 tablespoon
fresh mint
4 pcs
larger tomatoes
4 pcs
garlic cloves
2 pcs
hot peppers
1 pcs
onions
salt
Procedure:
Cut the peeled onion in half and chop it finely. Halve the tomatoes, cut out the hard wedge stem by stem and cut them into cubes. Slice the peppers diagonally into thin rounds, and finely chop the chives, garlic and mint. Peel the prawns so that the last link with the tail remains.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Fry the onion and garlic in hot olive oil until golden brown, then add the wine and stir occasionally. Cook until the alcohol runs out, which is less than 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and peppers to the mixture, pepper and stir, then add the oregano and mint and stir again. Cook until the liquid in the pan is reduced.
Pile the peeled shrimp on top of the vegetable mixture and sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese. Place the pan in the oven under the grill for a few minutes until the prawns are beautifully crispy.
