Gratins with mushrooms
ingredients
4 pcs beef roast to taste salt a little ground black pepper a little plain flour 2 tbsp lard 1 pk onion 1 can of mushrooms sterilized
procedure
1.
Cut the meat patties at the edges a few times and lightly pat in. Season with salt and pepper and roll in flour.

Fry them quickly on both sides in hot lard, remove them and fry the chopped onion in the fat.
3.
Return the strips to the pan with the onions, add a little water and simmer until almost tender. During the simmering, baste them as needed.
4.
Add sliced mushrooms at the end of the simmering.
