Recipe preparation
1 Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices of about 1 mm thick. Peel and slice the onion, slice the garlic and coarsely grate the cheese.

2 Salt a baking dish, place a layer of potatoes in it, salt and pepper well, add the onion, garlic and cheese. Keep layering until you have used up all the ingredients. Finish with a layer of potatoes and some cheese. Do not forget to salt each layer well.
