Gratinated Eggs

Boiled eggs baked together with onion, garlic, wine, sour cream and grated cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peeled, finely chopped onion fry in a heated mixture of butter and oil
2. Add the white wine, salt and pepper, add the peeled, grated garlic cloves and cook for a while, stirring constantly, then remove from the heat
3. Pour into a greased baking dish, cover the surface with peeled, halved eggs, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place in the oven for 25 minutes to gratinate (bake).
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh Vegetable Recipes or vegetable salad.
