Gratin of Courgettes with Feta WW

Here is the recipe of the gratin of zucchini and with Feta WW, a good complete dish, tasty and very fragrant, easy and simple to make, this gratin can be served as a single dish for a light meal or as an accompaniment to a meat dish.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 2 SP / person –
1 kg zucchini 100 g light feta cheese 1 garlic clove 1 onion 4 spoons fresh cream 4% mg 10 cl skim milk 2 eggs 2 teaspoons olive oil oregano, salt, pepper
Preparation :
Wash and slice the zucchini then cook them in salted water for 5 minutes. Then drain them.
Peel the garlic and onion then chop them finely.
In a pan heat the olive oil then fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini, oregano then fry for 2 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cream and milk then add salt and pepper.
Then crumble the feta cheese.
In a gratin dish arrange the zucchini then cover with the egg mixture and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Then bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C.
