Grated cheesecake with forest fruits
ingredients
400 g plain flour 200 g icing sugar 1 packet baking powder 2 tbsp cocoa 250 g butter 2 pk egg yolk

500 g cottage cheese 1 packet Golden cob (40 g) 1 packet vanilla sugar’ 200 g icing sugar

A traditional cake in which a tasty cocoa dough hides a luscious curd filling. In this tart, add your favourite fruit.

Crust: Knead all the ingredients for the pastry together well. This will make a compact dough which can be refrigerated for a while. In the meantime, prepare the filling.

Filling: Beat the cottage cheese with the icing sugar, vanilla sugar and golden cob.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator divide into two parts roll one part into a thinner sheet and place on a baking sheet. Layer the filling and fruit on top of the pastry and grate the other part of the pastry on top.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes
