3/4 cup brewed sweetened Nescafé coffee pcs homemade raspberry jam

Save a juicy chocolate cake.

Beat the eggs, stir in the sugar, flour, baking powder, granco and oil. Mix well and pour onto a greased and floured baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C. C for 25 minutes.

While still warm, pour warm sweetened coffee over the cake.

Let soak and brush with jam and icing. Prepare the icing as follows: melt the chocolate in the cream. Put the cake in the fridge to set and serve chilled the next day.
