Grandma’s sour pudding rolls

ingredients

900 g plain flour 00 400 ml warm milk 180 ml oil 1 packet of dried yeast (7g) 2 pcs eggs 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt

progress

This recipe is for a weekday, especially if it’s freezing outside or you need to entertain the kids, like I did mine (see photo) It comes from my grandmother, who put the ingredients together to bake the most delicate sour pudding rolls.

1.

From the above ingredients, make a very soft, sticky yeast dough.

2.

Let the dough rise for 1 hour, covered with a cotton cloth.

3.

After the dough has risen (it will double in volume), roll the dough into a circle and cut into 30 equal triangles. Fill with any filling you like, I filled mine with golden cob pudding.

4.

Let the hot rolls rise and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

5.

Good taste!
