Grandma’s Rice in the Duvet

In a pot, in hot oil, fried rice, left in the blankets to finish.

Ingredients:

1 cup rice 1.5 cup water 100 g butter 3-4 pcs cloves 1 pcs smaller onion salt

Procedure:

1. Put rice in a pot with hot oil, stir fry it until it turns brown
2. Add hot water and wait until it starts to bubble, then let the dish cook for another 2-3 minutes, don’t forget to salt the rice
3. Wrap the whole pot in a large cloth and put it under the duvet to finish cooking
5. In 20 minutes the rice will be ready, it doesn’t matter if we take it out later.

Recommendation:

The volume of rice can be doubled, generally 1 part rice always comes to 1.5 parts water.
