Beef cubes stewed on onion base with bacon, light beer and lemon zest.

Procedure:
1. To the bacon cut into cubes, add peeled onions cut into strips and let them brown
3. Put the meat cubes on this onion base, fry on all sides, add a slice of lemon zest, wild spices, grated bread crusts and fry everything briefly
4. After reddening, pour in the broth and simmer until tender, before finishing pour in the light beer and simmer until thickened, finally season with salt to taste.
