Grandma’s apple pie

ingredients
600 g durum flour 1 pinch salt 3 pcs eggs 1/2 packet baking powder 250 g Hera 150 g powdered sugar 150 g baking powder. sugar lemon zest
Filling
1 kg cleaned apples 100 g sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 100 g dried raisins and cranberries 50 ml rum 3 tbsp breadcrumbs or ground biscuits

This recipe comes from my grandmother is terribly old, but I like to make it tastes good for all of us
1.
Make a dough with all the ingredients and let it set in the refrigerator.

While you’re at it, clean your apples, mix them with sugar, cinnamon, cranberries or raisins that you’ve soaked in rum and breadcrumbs ahead of time.

Roll out half of the dough and size the baking sheet. Transfer the dough through a rolling pin.

Layer the apple filling evenly and cover with the other half of the dough.

Prick the dough with a fork and bake. Bake for 30 min. at 200´C. After baking, sprinkle with icing sugar

Bake 30 min. at 200 degrees. After baking, sprinkle with icing sugar.
