150 g graham flour 350 g plain flour T-650 2 tbsp butter homemade 300 ml milk 1 cube yeast 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt 2 tsp caraway seeds

1.
Place the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle, pour about 1 dl of milk into the well, add the sugar and grind the yeast. Let the yeast swell and add the other ingredients and knead a smooth dough. Leave the dough in a warm place to rise. When risen, divide the dough into 8-10 parts, make balls and roll each ball into a ball.

Make a knot from the ball. Place the knots on a greased baking sheet and bake.
