Goulash with peppers and tomatoes

Goulash prepared from sausages or sausage, peppers and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

300 g of sausages or twisted salami 50 g of bacon 3 pieces harder tomatoes 2 pcs of tomato pods 1-2 pcs onions 3 dl stock 2 tsp ground sweet paprika 1 tbsp smooth flour ground pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the chopped onion in finely chopped bacon
2. Dust with ground sweet paprika, add the peeled and sliced wieners and quickly fry them
3. Dust everything with flour, fry a little, pour in the broth, salt, pepper and boil briefly

Serve this dish preferably with fresh bread, steamed rice or pasta.
