Goulash with beef

ingredients

600 g beef 200 g onions 1 tbsp lard 100 g smoked bacon pinches salt pinches ground black pepper 1 tbsp ground red pepper 1 pk paprika 4 pk potatoes 1 tbsp tomato puree 2 cloves garlic 1 KL marjoram

step

1. Cut the beef into cubes. Heat the lard in a casserole and fry the finely chopped bacon, add the finely chopped onion and fry, stirring constantly, until browned. 2. Add the meat, salt, pepper and fry briefly. Sprinkle with ground red pepper, stir, add a little water and simmer briefly. 3. Add the diced peppers and simmer until almost tender. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the meat. Add tomato puree, season with crushed garlic and water if necessary. 4. Cook over a medium heat, sprinkle with marjoram and serve with fresh bread.
