Goulash Soup with Vegetable Recipes

Soup with an insert of chopped potatoes, meat and Vegetable Recipes.

Ingredients:

2.25 l of water 200 g of pork trimmings 400 g of potatoes 150 g of frozen Vegetable Recipes 15 g smooth flour for thickening 5 g fat 5 g smooth flour per dusting 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc larger onion several balls of allspice ground red pepper ground black pepper cumin salt

Procedure:

1. 1. After 10 minutes, dust the pan with plain flour, red pepper and pour a little water over everything, add salt and simmer for a while, stirring occasionally 3. When the meat is semi-soft, add diced potatoes, frozen Vegetable Recipes, a few balls of allspice, ground pepper, cumin, garlic rubbed with salt and cook over low heat until the potatoes and meat are soft
