procedure
1. Cut the meat into cubes. Fry the onion in the lard, add the meat and fry. Then season with pepper, add ground paprika, salt, water and cook until tender. 2. Clean the peppers, cut into cubes and add to the meat. Later add the peeled and diced tomatoes, add water and cook. Before serving, add a spoonful of sour cream to each serving.
