Goulash soup in a pressure cooker

250 g beef 30 g lard 40 g onion 1.25 liters water 400 g potatoes to taste salt, ground red pepper, ground black pepper, marjoram

In a saucepan, brown the chopped onion in the lard, add the minced paprika, chopped meat, salt, pepper. Fry the meat, cover with water and close the pot. Cook for about 20 minutes. After cooling, open the pot, add the chopped potatoes, crushed garlic and marjoram. Close the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes.
