Goulash Soup II

Soup of broth, potatoes, beef, bacon and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

beef 200 g onion 200 g tomatoes 80 g bacon 40 g smooth flour 1 pk garlic clove a small piece of zest from a well-washed lemon ground sweet paprika ground cumin Mayonnaise cooking salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the bacon into cubes, fry it, add finely chopped onion and fry it
2. Remove the pot from the stove, stir in the ground paprika, ground cumin, crushed garlic, lemon zest, pour a little broth and add salt
3. Finally, add the diced potatoes, cook them until semi-soft, stir in the plain flour dissolved in a small amount of cold water, add stock as needed and cook for at least 10 more minutes
