500 g pork 1 pinch salt 50 g lard 250 ml light beer 1 tbsp plain flour 1 bread 1 pinch cumin 2 cloves garlic 1 KL ground red pepper

1. Wash and dry the meat, cut into cubes, season with salt and fry in a pot in hot lard. Add a little beer and simmer the meat until tender. When the meat is tender, take it out, strain out the juices, sprinkle with flour, add a grated slice of bread and the remaining beer. 2. Bring the sauce to the boil, strain through a sieve and put the pre-cooked meat back into it. Season the stew with caraway seeds, ground paprika and crushed garlic. Serve with a slice of bread and fresh onions.
