Potatoes, salami, chillies and other ingredients cooked on onion base.

Procedure:
1. Chop the peeled onion roughly and fry in some of the heated oil until golden brown, reduce the heat, stir in the plain flour, ground pepper and add the purée, when the mixture starts to stick, pour in the stock and cook for a while
2. Add the peeled, sliced garlic cloves, thyme leaves and peeled, cut into smaller pieces potatoes and cook slowly until semi-soft
3. Then add the remaining oil, fried rounds of salami and finely chopped chili peppers and cook for 5 minutes more
4. Finally add the cherry tomatoes, let everything come to the boil and season to taste with salt.
Recommendation:
Fresh bread can be served as a side dish.
