100 g bryndza 300 ml milk 700 ml potato broth to taste ground red pepper, parsley

1. Mix the brindza with the ground paprika. Heat the water from the potatoes in a saucepan with the milk. 2. Remove from the hot mixture and stir in the bryndza. Return to the pot and stir. Leave to boil. Ladle the soup onto plates and garnish with parsley.
