1/2 kg carrots 90 g butter 1/4 KL nutmeg 1/4 KL ground pepper 3/4 litre water 4 dl milk 1 tbsp cream to taste salt, parsley

Heat the butter and fry the chopped carrots. Add water and pepper. Bring to the boil, add the milk and cook until the carrots are tender. Finally, season with salt, stir in the cream and blend the soup. Garnish with the parsley on the plate.
