Goat meatloaf from Drahnětice

Country recipe of boneless roasted goat meat, whole boiled eggs, broth and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

700 g of roasted and deboned kid meat 50 g of butter

30 g onion 3 dl strong meat stock 2 dl natural white wine 5 pcs egg 1 pc sour pickles 1 tbsp coarse flour salt

Procedure:

1. Fry finely chopped onion in butter, add chopped pickle and dust everything with flour
2. Pour in the meat broth, wine and boil all the ingredients to make a sauce, carefully lower the beaten eggs into the sauce so that they do not “run”, after about 5 minutes of boiling remove them with a ladle and stir the roasted goat meat into the sauce
