Gnocchi with sauerkraut and mushrooms

Clean the peanuts and grate on a fine grater. Add the egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a little milk, mix. Gradually stir the plain flour into this mixture to form a medium thick batter.

Place the lard, sauerkraut and cooked mushrooms in a saucepan. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer until tender.

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a frying pan.

Push the prepared dough through the haluskar into boiling salted water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Once cooked, drain and mix with the bacon and cabbage-mushroom mixture.
