280 g boiled potatoes 80 g coarse flour 1 pk egg 1/4 kg pšeno to taste salt 120 g lard 80 g onion to taste sour milk

1. Prepare the potato dough (mash the potatoes and mix with the flour), cook them in boiling salted water and remove them. 2. Wash the wheat, put it in boiling water and salt it.
