Gnocchi with mushrooms
ingredients
1 kg potatoes 25 dkg plain flour 6 dkg butter 3 dkg mushroom lard 4 dkg onion 30 dkg mushrooms to taste salt, ground black pepper, cumin, parsley
step
1. Fry the onion in the lard, add the cleaned mushrooms, salt, pepper, add the caraway seeds and simmer. Grate or mash the potatoes, add the plain flour, salt, stir and drop the gnocchi into the boiling water. 2. Brush the cooked gnocchi with melted butter and mix with the smothered mushrooms and finely chopped parsley.
