Gnocchi with egg and bacon

Flour gnocchi cooked in water, fried in a pan with bacon cubes, after a while mixed with beaten eggs, seasoned with pepper and salt, garnished with chopped spring onions.

Ingredients:

For gnocchi: 1 cup of coarse (semi-coarse) flour 1 piece egg yolk 1 piece slice of butter allowed milk salt Ongoing: 4 pcs of egg 2-3 pcs spring onions 100 g English bacon pepper salt

Procedure:

First, beat the egg yolk with the allowed butter

Add the flour, salt, gradually process and add the milk, the dough should be a little thinner than for dumplings

Using a spoon dipped in lukewarm water, cut off the gnocchi, boil them in boiling water, cook for about 5 minutes, then fish out the gnocchi and drain thoroughly in a sieve or colander

Fry the diced bacon in a pan, add the finished gnocchi, mix them with the beaten eggs, let them harden, season with salt and pepper

Serve individual portions garnished with chopped spring onions.
