Gnocchi from semolina

Gnocchi preserved in salted water prepared from butter, egg, semolina, milk and baking powder.

Ingredients:

300 g semolina 50 g butter about 1/8 l milk 1 pk egg 1/2 bag (1 tsp) sour baking powder pinch of salt water with salt to cook the gnocchi

Procedure:

1. Mix softened butter with egg
2. Add semolina with baking powder, salt and milk, knead into a medium stiff dough
3. Put the dough on a board, from which you gradually cut off gnocchi with a spoon, boil them in boiling salted water
4. Take out the cooked gnocchi (they will float) with a sieve and let them drain thoroughly.
